The Tai Qi classes will be held on April 20, April 27, May 4, and May 11, 2007. These dates are all Fridays. The time of the Tai Qi classes will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. They will be held in front of the George Izay Park on Olive across the street from our clinic. The cost of the classes is $30.00 per person for all four of the classes.

              The instructor’s name is Master Jason Carr. He has studied Shaolin Kung Fu since 1988 under Elder Masters David, Sharon Soard, and Shaolin Grandmaster Sin Kwang The’. He has traveled to China and performed at the Shaolin Temple and Wudang Mountain Temple. He has been assisting his instructors or has been Head Instructor of a school for most of his time in Shaolin Kung Fu. He enjoys seeing people challenge themselves, surpass what they thought their physical limitations were, and realize their potential. He believes a combination of intensity training and having fun are the best keys to success. He teaches with that same philosophy.
